Jillangill Went to the Fair!

I can’t believe I only brought my camera as an afterthought. I would’ve been so mad at myself! I’m getting used to seeing something interesting, shooting, then experiencing the event later through what I took. I think I’m ok with that. Sometimes it makes me feel really restless in the moment, and I can’t enjoy something in the present unless I’ve gotten the shot I wanted.

    When I look at these beautiful pictures, it makes me wonder what your HS photography teacher was using for brains. You have a great eye!! You should send the wine bottle photo to the winery who makes monogamy; they would probably want to use it in their advertising.

    Thanks so much, Dad! Haha…Mrs. DiMaggio, strangest high school photo teacher ever! She put on movies instead of teaching, then took it out on the class when her daughter ran away. I remember she used to dismiss a lot of my photos as being “snapshots.” I’m having a lot more fun now. :)

    I’m glad you liked the wine bottle picture! You know what…I think I will see if the manufacturer wants it. Thanks for the idea and the encouragement! :)
